Frequently Asked Wedding Music Questions
How do I go about booking you as our wedding singer or musician?
You will need to complete and return a booking form and a 50% deposit in order to secure the wedding date. A booking form can be emailed to you or you can download it from here. You can send the form and a cheque to the address supplied during correspondence, or arrangement can be made to pay via PayPal. The balance of the cost will be due on the day of your wedding. (The deposit is refundable if cancelled 4 weeks or more before the booking date.)
How far will you travel to perform at wedding ceremonies and civil ceremonies?
Generally, Noeleen performs wedding music at religious ceremonies and civil services in Belfast and throughout Northern Ireland. However, she is happy to travel further afield if required. There will be a small mileage charge if travel outside Belfast is necessary.
Are there any additional costs?
All prices quoted include travel time, set up time, consultation and the learning of any new music required. For special individual packages, prices will be negotiated in advance. There will be a small mileage charge if travel outside of Belfast is required.
How long do you play for?
If performing at the ceremony/service, the musicians will play for the duration of the service. Welcome music will start 15 minutes before the service is due to begin. Pre-dinner drinks will last for 2 hours with a 15 minute break.
Will I be able to request special songs or music for the wedding ceremony or reception?
Noeleen is willing to learn new songs, if requested well in advance. This can be discussed at the time of booking. Of course, every effort is made to ensure that your wishes are met.
Can I listen to some songs/music in advance?
That is no problem. You can listen to a selection of recordings on the 'Listen' page.
Do you play at other events?
